Delivery Region

Deliveries are available within Gauteng, South Africa. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for special circumstances.

Expected Delivery Timeline

Production Cycle: Orders are manufactured in two-week production cycles.

Delivery Window: Deliveries typically occur at the end of each production week. Depending on when your order is placed, it may fall into the current or next production cycle.

Typical Timeframe: From order placement to delivery is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the production schedule and delivery logistics.

You can always check your exact delivery date and order status in your account dashboard via the app or website.

Delivery Method

We use our own delivery fleet and trusted third-party delivery partners (including Cartrack for routing and tracking). Delivery tracking information will be available in your account once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Requirements

• You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

• Someone must be available to receive the delivery, or you must provide safe-drop instructions.

• We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the delivery location.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Supply chain disruptions

• Ingredient shortages

• Manufacturing delays

• Natural disasters or weather events

• Transportation and logistics interruptions

If any delays occur, we will notify you via the app or email. You can also check your delivery status in real-time through your account.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details, unavailability, or access issues:

• Contact us immediately via the in-app messenger, email (info@diplomatsdog.co.za), or phone (+27 61 049 5598).

• We will work with you to reschedule or arrange an alternative delivery solution.

• Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries caused by customer error.

Defective or Damaged Products

If products arrive damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery via the in-app messenger. Please provide:

• Your order reference number

• A description of the defect or damage (photos recommended)

Verified defects will be replaced at no cost. We do not issue refunds for defective items—only replacements.

Export and International Deliveries

Our products are intended for sale and delivery within South Africa only. Customers exporting products from South Africa are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable export laws, customs requirements, and duties. Diplomat's Dog (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for export controls or customs duties.
